EWTEC Conference in Uppsala, Sweden

SERG sent several staff and students to the 8th European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (EWTEC) in Uppsala, Sweden. 6 oral presentations were given by group members and all were well-received. During the conference Dr. Luke Myers gave an interview concerning tidal power to Swedish radio.

Serg Energy Saving Trust Report

Nikkolaos Bakker and Mark Jentsch in Kuala Lumpur

Nikkolaos Bakker and Mark Jentsch worked for several weeks with research partners at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. The scope of this work was to investigate user feedback strategies and the environmental performance of buildings in tropical climates and to relate the results to data gathered in the UK.
